Product Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, kindly check with your neighbors, security guard, or other household members. If you still cannot locate it, please report the issue to our email support@lookkoolladiesworld.com.

Our team will investigate the issue with the courier. As per the courier timeline, this investigation may take 7-14 business days. We will update you on the status of your query after the investigation is complete.
